Nekkid Monk Retail Store Purchases:
For warranty related questions on products purchased in a Nekkid Monk Retail store, you must return to the location where you made your purchase within 14 days along with the device, your original proof of purchase receipt and all packaging so a Nekkid Monk representative can assess your device and the nature of the issue.
If our Nekkid Monk representative determines your device to in fact be defective, we will happily replace with a new similar model and/or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Nekkidmonk.com (Online) Purchases:
For warranty related questions on products purchased at nekkidmonk.com, a claim must be submitted, with a detailed description of your issue, within 7 days of receiving your shipment via email to email@example.com. Please include in that email your order number or receipt which clearly display the products in question and the date. Depending on the situation we may provide a prepaid Canada Post return label at our discretion to send your defective product back to us. After the returned product is assessed by our technical department, we will contact you with details for the replacement shipment. Shipping costs will only be refunded if all products in the order are found to be defective and are under warranty.
NOTE ON LOCAL DELIVERY: ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO FAILURE TO BE HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS ARE NOT DEFECTIVE. IN SOME CASES A SECOND ATTEMPT MAY BE MADE TO DELIVER AT ADDITIONAL COST. UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS WILL BE HELD AT THE NEAREST NEKKID MONK VAPE SHOP TO YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR NOT MORE THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO INVENTORY.
